Thanks for This World
Today for my #ThanksgivingJournal, I am thankful for the beauty of the earth.
PAST: I've been fortunate to live in a few different environments, from the great flat prairies of Saskatchewan, to the dark and rocky woodland of the Canadian Shield. I am so thankful to have these experiences, and to see God's hand in all of this creation!
PRESENT: I am thankful the current autumn colours. The reds and yellows out of my window are vibrant against the blue sky, and the sun shining on the old dead tree creates a contrast of grays and tans that is so pleasing to the eye! This is God's creation, and I am so happy to be living in it, and able to enjoy it!
FUTURE: I am thankful that wherever I go, I will be face-to-face with something God has crafted! I cannot escape his presence, and I cannot go far enough to be outside his creative hand! What a blessing!
